The SomaticProcess is a form of bodywork. It open people a path to deepen connection with themselves, by developing a sharp attention for their body and its mechanisms.

It is:

  • physical rather than psychological
  • more about experiencing than understanding
  • practical not conceptual – applies to real situations
  • a means to increase well-being
  • preventative
  • a way to discover, see and implement new options

Here, the person is looked in its wholeness, the mind, body, spirit, and emotions are all related and interlaced with each other.

This work can help people who suffer from stress, anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, problems with relationships, and sexual function, as well as issues related to trauma and abuse. Those for whom traditional remedies have not been helpful for chronic physical pain, digestive disorders and other medical issues may also benefit from psychosomatic bodywork.

The client learn to re-activate the body’s natural ability to release stored trauma and tension.

The stress of past emotional and traumatic events affects in the body through the central nervous system and can cause changes in the body, often resulting in altered posture and on long term chronic physical pain. Through developing awareness of the mind-body connection, using specific touch and other interventions, this work will help people to release tension, anger, frustration and other emotions that remain in their body from past negative experiences.

The goal is to help people free from the stress and pain that is preventing them from fully engaging in their life.

As practitioner, I help people to reconnect with their fundamentals. My work is physical, emotional and spiritual. Seeing life flooding a human body again, is one of the biggest joys I experience.
